41st Buffalo Bayou Regatta March 16, 2013 : I've been photographing the Buffalo Bayou Regatta since 2008 for Buffalo Bayou Partnership. Thank you for participating in this fun and amazing event!! This year, I added the 2013 ^t-shirt logo design^ on the bottom of the start photos. You will see duplicate photos (1 with logo, 1 without logo.) This became a very time consuming task. Therefore, I did not put the logo design on any of the finish photos. Those not wanting to paddle can catch the outdoor fun and cheer on the racers. Free live zydeco music, awards ceremony, and food and drinks will be available for sale at the finish line are at Sesquicentennial Park. The evening started off with a Wonderful Pink Carpet Reception at the Angelika Film Center. Titos Vodka, Bailey Conner Catering, and Dessert Gallery satisfied our palate. The Movie Premiere followed and then an after party at Mosaic at Bayou Place. I had a wonderful time photographing the event. The desserts were heavenly. The cosmos were perfect. AND the fashion-FABULOUS! Everyone looked hot! And I'm not talking about the Texas heat! Oh and lastly, The movie...don't worry I won't give anything away. Buffalo Bayou Regatta March 13, 2010 : What a wonderful beautiful day Saturday March 13, 2010 was! Couldn't ask for more perfect weather. Congratulations to all the participants!!! Especially, to all the trash collectors! Thank you for keeping our Bayou clean! Hundreds of canoes and kayaks filled Buffalo Bayou in a race from San Felipe/Voss to Sesquicentennial Park downtown for the 38th Annual Buffalo Bayou Regatta. The race lasted about four hours, covered 15 miles. There are over 3000 pictures to view! To help you find your photos I listed the page & picture # of the start and finsh times.
